As a prospective buyer, I decided to work directly with the seller's agent and as a lawyer felt that there were certain risks in taking that track. However, I could not have been more pleased with the negotiations and felt that agent, Josh Essig, worked diligently to fairly represent both parties  in the "back and forth." After closing, Josh could not have been more accommodating in assisting with recommendations for contractors and other service providers.
