In December of 2012, Andalusia unveiled 6 new model homes for sale. Each model home has undergone a total interior design make-over by three interior design companies out of Los Angeles: Darrell Schmitt Design Associates, Barclay Butera Interiors and Dress Design. The first of two private courses planned for this community is complete. The private east course at Andalusia Country Club is the first Coachella Valley golf course for Rees Jones. As of December 2012, Andalusia has announced a new membership incentive to anyone buying a new home at Andalusia. Previously, the only membership option was the $115,000 equity membership. However, the club is now offering 50 memberships fo a one time, non-refundable initiation fee of $35,000 to all new home owners that buy a home in Andalusia. Recent monthly golf dues are $850 per month.
