We took a look at single family home sales in Andalusia, La Quinta Country Club, Mountain View CC, PGA West, Rancho La Quinta CC, The Citrus and The Palms. We compared sales from 10/1/16-2/23/17 to the most recent 5 month period of 10/1/17-2/23/18. 

We found number of sales down slightly, from 111 last year, compared to 94 this year. Average selling price is up slightly, from $895,086 last year, to $897,712 this year. Number of days on market is also down slightly, to 118 days for most recent 5 month period, compared to 125 days last year.
