We contacted the Vine Property Group several years ago to find a second home in the desert area. Patrick & Julie showed us several homes but recommended one in particular (La Quinta) due to location and property attributes. Patrick & Julie negotiated a great price and made sure the home was move  in ready all of which was accomplished remotely. We love our La Quinta home.

Due to some health issues we decided to sell the property in La Quinta and were advised by Patrick and Julie that this property could be leased on a cash positive basis. In their opinion the market will experience moderate increases in the next couple of years and why take advantage of the upside. We are not landlords and could not imagine the process to lease this property on a multi-year contract. No problem, they evaluated all applicants and highly recommended the top two. In addition, all necessary repairs, contracts and assignments were completed in a timely and professional manner. All of this was done without traveling to La Quinta or giving this transaction a second thought. The Vine Property Group are consummate professionals. Josh is a super star.

I believe that The Essigs are consummate real estate professionals. They used a quality photographer who specialized in real estate and the resulting photos and DVDs were exceptional. They listed and sold our home in a relatively short time, and I was very satisfied with our experience.

Julie, Patrick and Josh are fabulous! After having a terrible experience with another realtor, I called Julie to see if she could help my husband and I purchase a vacation home in a community we had already identified. Immediately she had Josh personally visit each home in the community that was  available for sale, make a comparitive analysis of each home's amenities, and then send us the results. It was above and beyond what we expected. Then we met with them in person, they took us through the homes and showed us some other homes in the area just to get a sense of what was on the market. They listened to what we didn't want : Home Owners Associations; dues for Country Club Living; lots of grass and foliage requiring constant upkeep. Together,we found the perfect house: tile floors, high ceilings, covered patio, drip irrigation, no grass ! Quiet location, mountain views, with a pool !
